High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series

Goodbye to the time spent worrying about "mud." A new additive for removing mud.

The MT series high water content soil stabilizer is a mud improvement agent that solidifies high water content soil generated at construction sites in a short time, enabling immediate transportation by dump trucks. Traditionally, high water content soil was solidified with cement or lime before being transported, which required a large amount of solidifying agent and a specified curing period to achieve strength. Therefore, we developed the MT series, which can quickly modify mud with a small amount of additive. 【Features】 ■ Can be transported in a short time ■ Excellent ease of use ■ Effective with low additive amounts ■ Does not adhere to heavy machinery ■ Can be used in conjunction with cement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This is an example of improvement using this product, which has been treated to be neutral and dust-proof, in a site where environmental considerations are necessary!

This construction project involves the construction of a drainage pumping station. During the pile driving using the middle-boring pile method, high-water-content clay soil is generated, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, a neutral and dust-proof treated high-water-content clay soil modifier, 'MT-2', was adopted. After improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area by dump truck. The sand-mixed silt layer had a water content ratio of 50%. With the addition of 3 kg/m3 of MT-2 and approximately 10 minutes of mixing, it became possible to transport it immediately. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Treatment of Water Purification Generated Soil

We will respond to 'I want to clear the sun-dried floor immediately!' This is a case where the MT series high-water-content soil improvement agent was added to the purified water generated soil and immediately transported to the temporary storage area.

This project involves the removal of treated water sludge that has been discharged onto the solar drying bed at the water purification plant. At the same purification plant, due to heavy rain, the turbidity of the dam, which serves as the water source, increased, leading to a rise in the amount of treated water sludge discharged onto the solar drying bed, which risked delaying the processing cycle. Therefore, to promptly remove the treated water sludge from the solar drying bed, a high-water-content mud improvement agent, MT-1, was adopted. After being improved with this product, the sludge was immediately transported to a temporary storage area on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Urban Mountainous Construction Method

Improved sludge after using the concrete mixer truck with MT-2 and immediate removal!

We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high cement content soil improvement agent. This project involves the construction of a tunnel in an urban area using the NATM method. The wash water from the ready-mix concrete trucks used on site contained sludge, which needed to be regularly transported off-site. However, the site was narrow, and it was difficult to secure a vacuum truck for an extended period. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted due to its characteristics of low additive amount and immediate transport capability. After improving the mud with this product, it was transported to the designated disposal site via regular 10-ton dump trucks, passing through public roads.

Efficient transportation of large amounts of deposited soil! A case where the deposited soil was improved, and primary transportation was carried out using a roller dump within the reservoir, followed by secondary transportation to a temporary storage area several kilometers away using dump trucks.

This construction project involves the dredging of sediment from a reservoir. At the same site, the accumulation of sediment in the reservoir had reduced its water storage capacity, which became a problem. However, the high moisture content of the sediment made it difficult to transport using dump trucks. Therefore, a high-moisture sediment improvement agent, MT-2, which is neutral and allows for immediate transportation from the site, was adopted. The original sediment was improved with this product, and after primary transportation within the site using a crawler dump, the processed soil was transported to a temporary storage area several kilometers away using dump trucks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case Studies] Infrastructure Development Project

Optimal for the field! A case where excavation for waterway widening was adopted in the infrastructure development project.

This construction project is a land readjustment project aimed at large-scale consolidation of rice fields. In this project, the initial plan was to backfill the existing waterway with locally generated soil for agricultural use. However, due to the high moisture content of the locally generated soil, we considered methods for soil improvement, but using cement or lime was not feasible due to concerns about their impact on crops. Therefore, we conducted test formulations to see if the high-water-content clay soil improvement agent MT-2 could be used. As a result, all soil environmental standard component analysis items were below the standard values, and the soil hardness (Yamanaka method) was determined to be 12mm after 21 days, leading us to conclude that backfilling with improved soil was possible, and we proceeded with mixing at the site of the existing waterway. Furthermore, considering future subsurface drainage and agricultural activities, the use of improved soil was limited to a depth of 80cm below the surface. Subsequently, improved soil was also utilized in adjacent construction projects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Adjustment Pond Dredging Work

Perfectly suited for the adjustment pond located in a residential area! A case where dredging was adopted for an adjustment pond with a narrow construction range.

This construction project involves the removal of sediment accumulated in the retention basin. The site is located near residential areas, and due to the limited construction space, it was difficult to use cement or lime for improvement. Therefore, a high-water-content soil improvement agent, MT-1, was adopted, and after improvement with this product, the material was immediately transported by dump truck to a nearby temporary storage area. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
