Attention waste treatment facility personnel: It is now possible to transport wet ash using belt conveyors, which has been difficult until now!

At the waste incineration plant, the wet ash, which is generated after burning paper and grass and then soaked in water, has a light mass and becomes slurry-like, making it difficult to transport on a belt conveyor. High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Drainage Pump Station Construction Project

This is an example of improvement using this product, which has been treated to be neutral and dust-proof, in a site where environmental considerations are necessary!

This construction project involves the construction of a drainage pumping station. During the pile driving using the middle-boring pile method, high-water-content clay soil is generated, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, a neutral and dust-proof treated high-water-content clay soil modifier, 'MT-2', was adopted. After improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area by dump truck. The sand-mixed silt layer had a water content ratio of 50%. This is a case where excavated soil with a high water content ratio generated from the all-casing method was improved using the high-water-content soil improvement agent MT series and then disposed of as soil material!

We would like to introduce a case where our high-water-content soil stabilizer, the MT series, was used to treat residual soil from piles. The soil generated from excavation using the all-casing method was high in moisture, necessitating some form of improvement. Additionally, after treatment, the soil was to be transported to a nearby disposal site, with the intention of repurposing it for agricultural land. Therefore, the high-water-content soil stabilizer "MT-2," which takes safety and environmental considerations into account, was adopted. After improving the excavated soil with this product, it was immediately transported to the disposal site by dump truck. High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Treatment of Water Purification Generated Soil

We will respond to 'I want to clear the sun-dried floor immediately!' This is a case where the MT series high-water-content soil improvement agent was added to the purified water generated soil and immediately transported to the temporary storage area.

This project involves the removal of treated water sludge that has been discharged onto the solar drying bed at the water purification plant. At the same purification plant, due to heavy rain, the turbidity of the dam, which serves as the water source, increased, leading to a rise in the amount of treated water sludge discharged onto the solar drying bed, which risked delaying the processing cycle. Therefore, to promptly remove the treated water sludge from the solar drying bed, a high-water-content mud improvement agent, MT-1, was adopted.
